Description

A refreshing and creamy smoothie made without yogurt and banana, featuring a blend of fresh and frozen fruits with almond milk and optional almond butter for extra protein. Perfect for a quick, nutritious breakfast or snack, this smoothie is naturally sweetened and easily customizable to your taste.

Ingredients

Base Liquids

  • ½ cup unsweetened plain almond milk (or substitute with any milk of choice)

Fruits

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen peaches

Optional Additions

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (optional for protein)
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (optional for extra sweetness)
  • ½ cup ice

Instructions

  1. Add Ingredients: Place all the ingredients including almond milk, strawberries, pineapple, peaches, almond butter (if using), maple syrup (if using), and ice into the blender.
  2. Blend Smoothie: Start blending on low speed and gradually increase to high speed. Blend for about 1 minute if using a high-powered blender. For regular blenders, intermittently stir during blending and continue for about 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve: Pour the smoothie into a large glass and enjoy immediately for best flavor and texture.

Notes

  • You can substitute almond milk with other plant-based or regular milk according to your preference.
  • Frozen fruits can be used in place of fresh fruits to give a chilled texture without adding extra ice.
  • Adjust maple syrup amount or omit it completely based on your sweetness preference.
  • Adding almond butter increases protein content, making the smoothie more filling.
