Description

This Irresistible Marshmallow Swirl Fudge is a rich and creamy chocolate treat swirled with gooey marshmallow cream. Perfectly fudgy and delectably sweet, this no-bake dessert is easy to make and ideal for sharing or gifting.

Ingredients

Fudge Base

  • 2 cups (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Swirl

  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff (or marshmallow cream)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Baking Dish: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some paper hanging over the edges to help easily lift out the fudge later.
  2. Melt Ingredients: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and melted butter. Stir constantly for 3-5 minutes until mixture is completely smooth and melted. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  3. Pour Chocolate Mixture: Pour the smooth chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use a spatula to spread it evenly across the bottom.
  4. Add Marshmallow Swirls: Drop spoonfuls of marshmallow fluff evenly over the warm chocolate mixture. Using a knife, gently swirl the marshmallow into the fudge, taking care not to overmix to preserve the beautiful swirls.
  5. Chill to Set: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours until firm and set. Once chilled, lift the fudge out by the parchment paper edges, cut into 16 squares, and serve.

Notes

  • Ensure low heat when melting the chocolate to avoid burning or seizing.
  • Use parchment paper with overhang for easy removal from the pan.
  • Do not over-swirl the marshmallow to keep distinct swirl patterns.
  • Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • For a firmer fudge, chill longer or briefly freeze before slicing.
