Description

This Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte is a delicious Starbucks copycat that combines the warm spices of pumpkin pie with creamy whipped pumpkin foam, refreshing chai tea concentrate, and milk over ice. Perfect for fall or any time you want a cozy, spiced iced latte experience at home.

Ingredients

Pumpkin Foam

  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp whole milk
  • 1 tbsp canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or vanilla syrup)
  • ⅛ tsp pumpkin pie spice

Main Drink

  • ½ cup milk of choice (2% recommended)
  • ½ cup chai tea concentrate
  • Ice cubes, as needed

Instructions

  1. Prepare Pumpkin Foam: Add the heavy whipping cream, whole milk, canned pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice into a mason jar or glass. Use a milk frother to froth the mixture until it becomes whipped and well-combined, which should take about 10-20 seconds. Set aside the creamy foam.
  2. Assemble the Drink: Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour in ½ cup of your preferred milk, then add ½ cup of chai tea concentrate on top of the milk to create the iced chai base.
  3. Add the Pumpkin Foam: Gently spoon the prepared pumpkin foam on top of the iced chai mixture. This creates a creamy and spiced top layer perfect for sipping.
  4. Serve and Enjoy: Your iced pumpkin cream chai tea latte is ready to enjoy! Stir gently if desired or sip as is for layers of flavors.

Notes

  • You can substitute maple syrup with vanilla syrup or another sweetener of choice.
  • For a dairy-free version, use coconut cream instead of heavy whipping cream and your preferred plant-based milk.
  • Adjust pumpkin pie spice to taste or use a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves for a homemade blend.
  • Use brewed strong chai tea concentrate or store-bought for convenience.
  • This recipe serves one but can easily be doubled or tripled for multiple servings.
