Vegetables
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 inch ginger knob
- 1 crown broccoli
- 1 zucchini
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 sweet onion
Oils and Sauces
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Kikkoman Umami Joy Sauce

Instructions
- Gather Ingredients: Collect all necessary ingredients including chicken, vegetables, oils, and sauces to ensure a smooth cooking process.
- Chop Vegetables: Prepare the broccoli crown, zucchini, red pepper, and sweet onion by chopping them into bite-sized pieces suitable for stir frying.
- Sauté Garlic: Heat 1 tablespoon of avocado oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic cloves and sauté until lightly browned to release their flavor.
- Cook Chicken: Cut the chicken breast into cubes and add them to the pan with the garlic. Season with a dash of salt and cook for about 10 minutes until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Add Vegetables: Stir in the chopped vegetables and continue cooking, stirring occasionally until the vegetables are lightly browned and tender-crisp, and the chicken is fully cooked.
- Finish with Sauce: Pour in 1 tablespoon honey and 2 tablespoons of Kikkoman Umami Joy Sauce. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes to blend the flavors. Serve immediately, optionally on top of cooked rice for a complete meal.
