Description

A refreshing and bubbly Fizzy Pineapple Punch made with pineapple and limeade concentrates, club soda, and fresh fruits. This easy-to-make tropical punch is perfect for parties and gatherings, offering a sweet and tangy flavor with a sparkling finish.

Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 1 – 12 oz can frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 – 6 oz can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
  • 4 1/2 cups cold water
  • 1 liter club soda, chilled

Fruit and Garnishes

  • Assorted fresh fruits (such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, oranges, limes, and pineapple)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the base: Pour the thawed pineapple juice concentrate and thawed limeade concentrate into a large pitcher.
  2. Add liquids: Pour in 4 1/2 cups of cold water and most of the chilled club soda, reserving about 1/3 cup for later use.
  3. Mix and chill: Stir the mixture well to combine all the ingredients and place the pitcher in the refrigerator to chill until cold.
  4. Serve with fruit and ice: Add ice cubes and assorted fresh fruits into individual serving glasses, then pour the chilled punch over the ice and fruit.
  5. Garnish and fizz: Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves and top off with a splash of the reserved club soda for an extra fizzy touch.

Notes

  • Make sure to thaw the frozen concentrates fully before mixing to ensure smooth pouring and proper flavor blending.
  • Use a variety of fresh fruits to add color and natural sweetness to the punch.
  • Keep the punch chilled until serving to maintain its refreshing quality.
  • You can adjust the amount of club soda for a more or less fizzy drink depending on preference.
  • This punch is best served immediately after adding the club soda to maintain the sparkle.
